90-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 90 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be in original condition;
  • all included accessories and packaging must be returned;
  • the product must not show excessive damage, misuse, or intentional abuse.

All returns are subject to review and approval by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • heavily used or damaged products;
  • products altered after delivery;
  • items missing components or packaging;
  • promotional or final-sale items where stated.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

How To Start a Return

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • the email used for purchase;
  • the reason for your return;
  • photos of the product if applicable.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10%–20% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Aurivot is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds, restrict future purchases, or dispute chargebacks in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund claims, or violations of this policy.

Fraudulent chargebacks after confirmed delivery may result in supporting evidence being submitted to the payment provider or financial institution.
