All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We work with trusted global logistics partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YunExpress, 4PX, and reliable regional couriers to ensure dependable worldwide delivery.

How Shipping Works

To provide innovative wellness products at accessible pricing, some orders may ship directly from our international or domestic fulfillment partners.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately in different packages. This is normal and helps ensure faster fulfillment.

Once shipped, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update within the carrier’s system.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

If you have not received tracking information within 3-4 business days after your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • email used during checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Aurivot is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

However, we are always happy to assist whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be in its original condition;
  • all original packaging and accessories must be included;
  • the product must not show excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage.

All return requests are subject to approval and inspection by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • heavily used products;
  • items damaged through misuse;
  • products missing original components;
  • promotional or final-sale items where stated.

  • photos of the product if applicable.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10%–20% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Aurivot is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
